Wild Rice and Rosehips

Whether she’s creating an entire menu for a restaurant or a recipe for a company, Jenni’s dishes are made up of ingredients that can’t be found just anywhere. With close to two decades of relationship building with local growers and producers and a lifetime of learning about the plants and berries that grow on this land, Jenni strives to infuse her dishes with unique and terroir driven ingredients.

Is it reproducible? It is visually appealing with a variety of textures? Most importantly, is it delicious? These are all questions Jenni asks herself as she creates a dish. Sometimes she knocks it out of the park in one go, other times it requires more finessing. This is art and science!

With the end user in mind whether it’s a home cook, restaurant team or a health care kitchen, Jenni sets about writing the final recipe in a clear manner. She’s also available for questions and feedback once the recipe “goes live”!

Scales, a calculator and lots of revisions make for a solid recipe.
